Bloco handles the personal data you entrust to it with care. This page explains what data we collect, why, for how long, and what rights you have over it.

What data we collect
What you give us: your name, email and phone when you ask for a trial class, for information or for a place at an event; your email when you subscribe to the newsletter, which you confirm before anything is sent; and, in the student account, the enrolment, attendance, payments and the permissions you sign. When a child is enrolled, the guardian's details and those of the child the enrolment asks for.
The site also records the technical data strictly necessary for it to work — the cookie policy says which.
What we use it for
To answer your request, run the enrolment, attendance and payments, and send you the messages about your classes. News and offers only with your permission, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your data or use it for automated decisions.
Who else touches it
The team at Bloco and — under contract, only as far as necessary — the platform that serves this site and the providers it depends on:
- Hosting: Amazon Web Services, in its Paris region (eu-west-3) — the server, its disk and the backups.
- Email: the messages this site sends (confirmations, notices, the newsletter) go out through the mail service of the platform that serves it.
The data stays in the European Union. We transfer nothing outside it.
For how long
A contact request, while it is being handled; the student account, for as long as the enrolment lasts; invoicing documents, for the period the law sets; the newsletter subscription, until you cancel it.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — and you can withdraw a consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. To exercise any of them, write to marvila@bloco.demo.
You can also complain to the CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority.
